Cheese Platter Imitation

My husband and I had a wonderful cheese platter when we were in Paris, and have recreated it twice since.

The original cheese platter - comte, tomme, and chevre with homemade pickles and peppers.

Whole Foods cheese (gouda, chaumes, Canadian red leaf cheddar (5 yrs), bleu d'auvergne, and gruyere) with Maille cornichons and Kaiser baguette and a Macintosh apple

Round two  of copy cating: Ideal Cheese (epoisse, bleu d'auvergne, gouda, and swiss)
Good the first, second, and third time.
