Governors Ball NYC Food 2014

We ate so much good food at the Governors Ball.  My only complaint was the beer... Foster's or Bud Lite...I'll take... neither.
Pommes Frites Cheese Fries
Momofuku Milk Bar crack pie, compost cookie, and cornflake/marshmallow cookie.

Stack Wine... before they ran out by day two!!!!!  Disaster.
Luke's Lobster Roll
Beecher's Mac & Cheese
Mexican Corn
Carl's Chicken Cheesesteak with the works

Governors Ball NYC 2014

Here are a few photos from this past weekend.  We had a great time, but I have to say three days is a long time and my ears are still ringing from Saturday's Strokes concert.

Damon Albarn concert was one of my favorites.
The weather was gorgeous!
It was so hot people had to hide out in the shade.

On the second day, there was a huge line to get in/we waited 40 minutes.
The third day was a little overcast, but nice.
I highly recommend cheap closed toed shoes, because your feet will be filthy and people will step on them.
We walked across the RFK Bridge to and from 125th Street.  It was the fastest way off of Randall's Island people who bought ferry tickets waited forever.

Downtown Field Trip and Framed Pictures

Last week, I had to go downtown on an errand.  I made a stop at Stumptown and picked up a cappuccino.

After my errand, I grabbed dinner at Dorado.

We got a few pictures framed a while back.  Here they are in action:

Trader Joe's Breaded Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

We tried Trader Joe's Mozzarella Cheese Sticks last week, and they were pretty good.

Breakfasts of Champions

We were at Governors Ball all weekend, and 'll do a couple posts about it soon.  For now, here are two breakfasts I had in preparation for the grueling days of concert going:
Two egg omelet with cheddar, roasted asparagus, and rye toast.
Sesame bagel egg and cheese with avocado.
